I was having a problem with a Cisco wireless controller that was extremely frustrating. I had personally spent many hours attempting to solve it myself to no avail. I hired a tech that was Cisco certified and he tried unsuccessfully for several hours and was not able to come up with a solution. After giving Bob a shot at it, he had it solved in about half an hour and it hasn’t been a problem since. I think Bob’s knowledge of switches and network routing such as VLAN’s is quite impressive and he has my upmost confidence and trust to get the job done and get it done right.
